LINEAGE PORTRAITS

A photographic exploration thematically concerned with lineage of space, creative practice and identity, ’These Rooms’ was an experiment in developing a portrait of a community, through their most identifiable spaces in their homes. A place layered with movement, memories both your own and of those who have come before. The accompanying 360 degree panning video provides an amplification on the still portraits, giving life and movement to these spaces. It’s never ending cycle highlights how these spaces will exist before and after we inhabit and shape them. A lingering echo of our existence
